On Thursday, February 7th, GlobalPro Recovery and The Dalmore Whisky hosted an incredible men’s dining experience for clients and friends at STRIPSTEAK by James Beard Award-Winning Chef Michael Mina. Guests were welcomed with an educational first taste of The DalmoreWhisky’s Dalmore 15 and Dalmore Cigar Malt where they learned about the brand’s rich history and the unique flavors offered in every glass. Following the tasting, guests were seated for dinner where they savored the best of the best from the restaurant with menu highlights like Salmon Toro, Prime Steak Tartare and a choice of three cuts of Mina’s signature steak. Many new friendships were forged over glasses of whisky as the exclusive tasting by The Dalmore Whisky continued, complementing the outstanding dining experience. Pours were carefully selected to pair each course including Dalmore Portwood, Dalmore 18 and finally, Dalmore King Alexander III, the pièce de résistance of the meal. Throughout the evening, guests relished in the experience while learning about GlobalPro and its offerings from Senior Vice President Craig Applebaum.
