GlobalPro is a leading insurance services firm based in Miami is seeking an enthusiastic self-starter for a full-time Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for actively managing all social media channels with a keen focus on growing our overall social media presence and client procurement with relevant, engaging content. The ability to shift gears in a small team, fast-paced environment is critical to the success of this role. This person will be asked to maintain timelines for projects to ensure timely dissemination and consistency across our firm’s social channels brand communications. They will also be working with the team to conceptualize new marketing ideas/concepts ideas to drive engagement. This person will work closely with the graphic designer to ensure content is created as needed. This is a high-impact position that requires patience, personality and ability for effective delivery on tight deadlines. Professional Qualifications Required:

  • Must have 3 years of full-time experience in social media management
  • A strong portfolio showcasing work across a range of digital channels (email, site, mobile apps, display, social media)
  • Intimate familiarity with social media/communication platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, MailChimp, YouTube, etc.
  • Sophisticated knowledge and past experience implementing paid social media advertising

Professional Qualifications Preferred:

  • Ability to multi-task, juggle deadlines, schedule projects, manage time, and communicate clearly about progress against assignments
  • Previous experience writing headlines and CTA that drive engagement
  • A keen eye for flawless grammar, spelling, and polished writing
  • Interest in business services

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, conceptualizing, and implementing weekly social media content calendar
  • Write copy & create content for all channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Manage E-mail communications via MailChimp
  • Engage and expand social media base on a daily basis
  • Expand relationships with like-minded professional channels
  • Analyze social media performance and report findings in weekly analytics report
