ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (Oct. 24, 2013) – A few days before the one-year anniversary of Hurricane Sandy, GlobalPro Recovery reached out to community associations in New Jersey at a special trade show and conference.
“Our hearts go out to New Jersey residents who are still struggling with their insurance companies over their claims,” said Dan Odess, president, GlobalPro Recovery. “When Hurricane Sandy struck the Mid-Atlantic states on Oct. 29, 2012, it left an unprecedented toll of damage. Although New Jersey homeowners, businesses and associations should have received prompt and equitable settlements from their insurers, all too often the claims process has dragged on and on.”
Odess emphasized the importance of having an independent public adjuster representing the interests of New Jersey policyholders at the 2013 Conference & Expo of the New Jersey Chapter of Community Associations Institute. GlobalPro Recovery took part in the trade show for the statewide event, held at the Revel Resort and Casino in Atlantic City. The event included a full day of educational seminars for association business partners, managers and volunteer leaders.
